As legal counsel, Amanda provides in-house legal support in all areas, including the monitoring of internal policies, procedures, and guidelines. Amanda works closely with operations and maintains an active role in assisting with the management of the Investor Services division to ensure we meet all agreed upon expectations.

Amanda played basketball and lacrosse at Widener University and now supports her husband, Bill, in his love of Villanova Basketball and Philadelphia sports. She spends her free time running around after her two sons and enjoying time with family and friends.

Rich Barbezat

Vice President of Operations, Investor Services

As VP Operations, Rich oversees all operational and workflow functions for this division. He manages all operations employees and process-flow in this division, and works closely with our clients to ensure we’re meeting and exceeding expectations.

Rich studied Theater at the University of Pittsburgh before focusing on Management Information Systems at DCCC. He currently lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania with his wife, Melanie and sons, Declan and Oliver, where he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and watching the Eagles.

Brandon has been in the title insurance space since 2010, working in both operations and business development. As Senior Sales Executive for Westcor Specialty, Brandon’s main role with the Investor Services team is to build new, and maintain existing, relationships with SFR Investors and Lenders, as well as ensuring our Whole Loan clients are receiving the highest levels of service on each project.

Brandon graduated from Texas A&M University in 2006, where he undeservingly met and married his fantastic wife, Bethan. Most of his free time is spent with her and their three children (Jane, Owen, and Emma), serving their church, working on house projects, or scrambling to find time to play basketball.

Lynn Bluege-Rust

Lynn has been working in the mortgage industry for over 30 years, in virtually every capacity available throughout the life cycle of a loan. From Loan Originator through processing, closing, post-closing, government insuring, investor shipping, servicing and custodial management. Prior to joining Westcor, Lynn spent four years at Goldman Sachs as VP of Collateral for their Whole Loan Trading Desk. At Westcor, Lynn oversees all projects for a major client to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded, and assists Rich Barbezat in operations management.

Brooks Kirsch

Brooks has 13 years of experience in the title industry, giving him the knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills required for nationwide title analysis and curative work. Brooks has a record of success in managing collateral and title curative projects, as well as in leading the Single Family Rental team for the Investor Services division. When at home with his wife and four kids, he enjoys reading books and comics, watching movies and TV, and running half-marathons, marathons, and soon ultra-marathons.

Luke earned a BS in Decision & System Sciences from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, and began his career working for Avenue 365. He has dedicated himself to finding creative solutions to the challenges presented from the wide array of services Westcor Investor Services offers. Luke has earned multiple Innovation Awards by building, re-designing, and re-processing many of this division’s services. He focuses on how to best synergize human and technological resources to affect maximum productivity, using proprietary and original combinations of hardware and software to push operational limits.

Steven Travascio

Steven began his professional career working for a prominent Mortgage Foreclosure Law firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Over the years he rose through the company to become a department leader, working closely with shareholders and servicers alike. At Westcor, Steven will be a direct contact for client’s and work diligently to ensure expectations and timelines are met, if not exceeded.

Steven currently resides in Devon, Pennsylvania, where he enjoys spending time with his wife, Corian, cooking, exercising, and rooting for the Philadelphia Flyers!!

Richard Pileggi

Rich graduated from Shippensburg University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Minor in Philosophy. He met Ryan Peterson in 2009 and subsequently took his first steps into the world of title insurance. In the years since, he has performed a myriad of roles in the lender services marketplace. Tracing his largest business influences to Henry Ford and Hank Reardon, Rich engages every challenge through honest work, innovation, and efficiency.

When away from the office, Rich enjoys competition and activity of all types. This summer, he’ll run in his fourth Broad Street Run and is planning to climb Mt. Washington.

Colin Williams

Colin began his career as a processor at Avenue 365, building on his title knowledge over the years, and he enjoys finding the best possible solution for the challenges our industry presents. As a transaction coordinator, Colin devotes himself to implementing the perfect processes needed to bring our clients’ projects to a timely completion. Colin earned a BFA in Performing Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design, where he met his wife, Britney. When away from the office, he’s probably either reading (often aloud) or cooking for friends and family, usually in the kitchen, but preferably by a campfire.
