The Single Family Rental Summit in Nashville is looking to help investors do just that with two days of sessions led by top subject matter experts and industry leading SFR practitioners. Financing options in the past have been very limited. Fortunately, the growth in the SFR market has changed this and opened up new avenues for investors of all sizes. This session will aim to highlight strategies and resources to prepare for future acquisitions.
Acquisition and Disposition
This session will focus on how job markets, housing availability, the national economy, migration trends, and the strength of the dollar can influence the SFR market and how these factors can impact investment strategy. More specifically, the panel Anthony will be hosting is titled “Getting it Right: How to Properly Value a Property or Portfolio”. He will have several industry experts on the dais with him to discuss why it’s so important to value properties and portfolios accurately and will share some strategies and methodologies.
Property Management
Property management is a huge part of SFR and this panel will help navigate some of the biggest road blocks one may encounter such as issues in local governance, recent technological advances, and the decision of whether or not to outsource.
